Should you need to raise a concern with D2D Distribution about your experience of our mail services, please be assured your complaint will be treated carefully and fairly. When your concern is received by D2D Distribution we will confirm to you that we have received it. You will be contacted within two working days to tell you that we are dealing with your concerns and supplied with a unique reference number.
All issues will be investigated by our Customer Support Team and in cases where we may have to contact other parties, we will tell you how long we expect this to take and will provide you with regular updates if it is likely to take longer than 7 days (or longer than the time originally informed).
On completion of the investigation you will be contacted and our findings and any action that we will take will be explained to you.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you will be able to refer your complaint to an independent redress scheme. We will send details of the redress scheme to you if you are not happy with our findings.
Our key responsibilities to you:
- The complaint will be treated on an individual basis and in a prompt manner.
- All information will be treated as private and confidential.
- We will keep you updated during our investigations and endeavour to resolve any issue promptly and as efficiently as possible.
- A unique reference number will be given to you when we started dealing with your concern.
- We will endeavour to resolve your concern as quickly and efficiently as we can, whilst working within our concern procedure guidelines.
- D2D Distribution will work with the Postal Services Commission, Consumer Direct and Consumer Focus to ensure we are meeting our legal requirements when handling complaints.
Mail delivered by D2D Distribution can be identified by the unique number 'CL152' printed in the top right hand corner of an envelope.
